Shipping & Returns Policy

FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S ORDERS OVER $125

BPD Washhouse offers free ground shipping for all U.S. orders that are valued at $125.00 USD or more. 

We understand that getting your items quickly is important, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within three business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not accept international orders at this time. We hope to expand our services and cater to international customers in the near future! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order up to 60-days from the date of delivery for a full refund, or store credit (exclusions apply). 

Returning merchandise must be sent back unworn, in the condition you received it in, including the original hangtags and/or item packaging.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please email us at support@bpdwashhouse.com to start the return process. 

Please note the following: 

  • Deadstock & Gift Cards are not eligible to be returned, or refunded.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and/or packaging.
  • Returns must be received by our team within 60 days of delivery.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed, and/or your store credit will be issued.
  • If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.

If you would like to exchange for a different color, design, or size, we ask that you submit a return request for your original item and place a new order through our store. This allows you to receive your new item as quickly as possible and helps keep things streamlined on our end. 

    MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

    • If your package was not delivered as intended or if there seems to be a problem with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation into the matter.
    • Investigations with shipping carriers can take up to 8 business days to resolve. Once we have received a resolution, and if the package was unfortunately lost or mishandled by the carrier, we will either send replacements or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 
    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly. Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you or someone else will be available during the time of delivery. 
    • All orders are responsible for additional shipping costs if the package arrives back at our facility and needs to be re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
